  3. Do you have parents who are staying at home and need just a little help from someone they can trust?

What people are saying about PAT:

I am a Super Senior and have always done things for myself but lately I have come to a time in my life where I needed a little help.  Luckily for me Ivy Wroe is the owner of P.A.T. and she has done many helpful things to make my life easier.  It started out she would help me with my computer updates and repairs.  Then she started to help me talk with AT&T to lower my bills so I get the best product for the money. She has now been part of helping me to move to an assisted living facility and continues to help me in so many ways.

I have come to a time in my life I require a lot of assistance.  Ivy Wroe first started helping my son who lives with me filing his bills weekly.  I asked her if she would be able to help me weekly with paying bills, filing, computer updates and support and running errands.  I have a adult sons who live with me and one is a Doctor, (not home much) and the other is a special needs (63 year old).  I realized I needed help with running the household.  Ivy prints out my account balances for banking weekly and writes checks for paying bills and mails them.  She keeps my bank accounts balanced so I know where I stand. Since she has been with me our needs have changed and she found us a live in housekeeper/aide.  She oversees or manages what goes on with this and has setup a household account with my bank so the housekeeper can make purchases for our needs and I can transfer money in as needed.  This reduces my need to write checks for every purchase.

I met Ivy through a mutual friend of mine and she has been with me for three years.  I am a mature elder woman and I have and a Macular Degenerative eye condition.  Ivy has been coming once a week to go through my mail and paying my bills online.  She has assisted me on vacation trips, Doctor's visits, nail salon and many other outings.  She has provided many resources for my other needs like yard work, house cleaning, bug treatments, etc. She was able to sale my Cadillac when I no longer could see to drive. She has since setup a visiting retired Nurse who lives in my same complex for regular visits to help with medication box refills and nutrition.  I highly recommend her services and her as a person.
